Whilst we make every step to make our products to the highest standard, small slip ups will happen from time to time and in this event we will make every endeavour to put things right.
Bespoke products cannot be exchanged or refunded however standard parts can be returned on an exchange basis for similar items.
Offers of refund are in special cases only.
Postage will be by Royal Mail and a proof of postage will be obtained for each item, if tracked mail is required please advise at time of order.
Larger items will be sent via a courier service and can be tracked online.
Despatch time for standard product is approx. 2-3 days, bespoke parts are usually around 3-4 weeks.
For urgent requirements please ring on the number supplied and we will do our best to rush parts to you.
