Whilst we make every step to make our products to the highest standard, small slip ups will happen from time to time and in this event we will do our very best to put things right, our reputation for customer service is paramount.

Postage will be by Royal Mail 48hr tracked and a postal receipt will be retained in every case.

Larger items will be sent via a courier service and can be tracked online.

Despatch time for standard product is approx 3 days, bespoke parts are usually around 3-4 weeks.  I always try to make post runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

For urgent requirements please ring on the number supplied and we will do our best to rush parts to you.

Number plates manufactured and supplied are for show purposes only, what you do with them once received is entirely at your risk, delivery time on plates is 2-3 weeks I cannot produce them any quicker dur to external processes involved.

In the event of any issues please phone and discuss it with us, our aim is to have happy customers that spread recommendations.
